“Data Controllers”, subject to subsection (4) of the Data Protection Act (DPA), are persons who (either alone or jointly in common with other persons) determine the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed. According to clause 5.9.4 of the Green Deal Arrangements Agreement (GDAA), the GDAA Panel Secretary shall maintain and publish a detailed and accurate list of Data Controllers who are expected to process personal data in connection with the Green Deal.
