The Green Deal Consumer Protection Forum is convened by the GD ORB on behalf of the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). The Green Deal Consumer Protection Forum is a two-way conduit between the GD ORB, DECC and the regulatory authorities that are directly responsible for providing consumer protection and redress under the Green Deal or other bodies that are advocating consumer protection within their wider remit.

In addition to consumer related issues channelled through to the Green Deal Consumer Protection Forum via the other stakeholder fora convened by the GD ORB, all certified Green Deal Participants may raise issues pertinent to the Green Deal Consumer Protection Forum’s remit directly to the GD ORB via gdorbmeetings@gemserv.com. Decisions and Actions from the quarterly meetings can be found on the right hand side of this webpage.
