There is to be a major system software release affecting lodgements to the Green Deal and Energy Performance Certificate Registers from all Software Vendors on 7th December 2014. This release will enable:
- RdSAP tools (lodgement of EPCs) to upgrade to the new RdSAP methodology (9.92);
- Occupancy Assessment (OA) tools (lodgement of Green Deal Advice Reports) to upgrade to the new RdSAP and OA methodologies;
- Green Deal Improvement Package Tools (lodgement of Green Deal Improvement Package – GDIP – reports) to account for the methodology changes, and;
- ECO tools to account for changes to RdSAP methodology.
On the same day changes will come into effect on the England & Wales and Scottish Green Deal and Energy Performance Certificate Registers to cater for the new methodologies.
Final preparations are underway for the go-live weekend of 6th-7th December. Most of the Green Deal software tools will be taken out of commission over that weekend. Anyone wishing to lodge any OAs or GDIPs before that weekend must ensure they lodge by 20:00 on Friday 5th December otherwise recommencing on that assessment within the tool will be required!!!
